They share a long-standing friendship that dates back to their youth in the Saarpfalz district. Even then, they had the same curiosity about the world and a shared passion for travel. Lisa and Stefanie studied Tourism Management together – and although their paths later led in different directions, their bond remained strong.
Stefanie has lived in Mexico for many years and has been working independently in inbound tourism since 2008. Céline also moved to Mexico in 2013, where she worked side by side with Stefanie. Lisa eventually made Mexico her third home after spending many years in the Dominican Republic, where she ran a successful DMC.
In 2020, the three fulfilled a shared dream – they founded BDMX Incoming. What began as an idea among friends turned into a passion project that today inspires agencies from around the world.
What connects them is much more than professional passion: it’s their love for Mexico – its culture, nature, and cuisine – and the joy of helping others experience this country with open eyes.
In her free time, Stefanie loves photography and exploring Mexico’s natural diversity, Lisa spends as much time as possible whale watching, and Céline – the team’s connoisseur – discovers the country through its flavors and regional cuisines.
Together, they embody friendship, trust, and enthusiasm – values that also form the foundation of BDMX and the Latin Expert Alliance.
